Bivouac welcomes 3drops for a night of delicious wines alongside a feast from the Bivouac kitchen, hosted by director Joanne Bradbury.
The Bradbury family vineyard at Mount Barker is home to 3drops, where grapevines and olive trees flourish side by side in the cool, pristine climate. The name reflects three elements: wine, olive oil and water – all of which come from the substantial property.
This year, 3drops received a 5-star rating in the 2023 James Halliday Australian Wine Companion, awarded to outstanding wineries with at least two wines rated at 95 points or above.
You’ll explore five expressions of 3drops Wines with canapés and four courses of Bivouac’s favourite dishes.
