Take the guesswork out of the equation with our $75pp Feed Me menu, a four course sharing banquet that’s full to the brim with flavour. Chef Ethan has created three special dishes for the day:
Chermoula tiger prawn, ricotta cheese gnocchi
Baharat chicken ballotine with spinach, sweet potato pure and honey roasted carrots
Strawberry basbousa cake with yoghurt mouse
We’ll even treat Mum to a complimentary Strawberry Fields cocktail!
